Getting to Your Unit
- Take the elevator to the 11th floor
- Turn right off the elevator
- Unit 1105 is the second door on the left
- Enter using the Smart Lock code provided before arrival
Parking
- One parking pass is included per reservation
- Park in the main lot or overflow parking across the street
- Enter through the lobby and let the attendant know you're checking into Unit 1105
- Provide guest names and vehicle information — the attendant will issue your parking pass
- Display the parking pass at all times while parked on property
- Additional vehicles must park elsewhere and follow local regulations
Good to Know
- Beach towels are not provided — pool towels are available at the front desk
- One parking pass is included per reservation
- No daily housekeeping service is provided
- The AC should not be set below 67°
- Keep the balcony door closed while the AC is running
- Linens for the Murphy Bed are located in the bedroom dresser. Blanket and pillows are in the bedroom closet.

Beach Access
- Beach access is directly behind the building
- Chair and umbrella rentals available through the City of Myrtle Beach (~$50/day)
- For longer stays, many guests purchase chairs from nearby beach stores
Beach Umbrella Rules
From Memorial Day through Labor Day, the City of Myrtle Beach enforces the following:
- Only traditional circular umbrellas with a center pole no larger than 7.5 feet in diameter are permitted
- Canopies, tents, and sports umbrellas are prohibited from Memorial Day through Labor Day

We've stocked the coffee bar for you:
- Medium roast ground coffee
- Drip coffee maker (not a Keurig)
- Tea pot — long spout, perfect for pour-over coffee

Trash & Laundry
Trash
- Receptacles are in the hallway corridor near the lobby elevators
- Trash is collected daily
- Additional trash bags are under the kitchen sink
Washer & Dryer
- Located in the hallway closet
- Small-capacity washer — please do not overload
- Two laundry detergent packets are provided
- To open the washer lid, press the release button beneath the dryer
- Clean the lint screen after each dryer use
- Do not leave active laundry unattended
Air Conditioning & Balcony
Air Conditioning
- Do not set the thermostat below 67°
- Keep balcony doors closed while the AC is running
- Avoid running the AC with windows or doors open
Balcony Safety
- Supervise children closely on the balcony at all times
- Do not sit, lean, or climb on balcony railings
- Do not throw items from the balcony
House Rules
No Smoking or Vaping
Strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including the balcony. Violation may result in a minimum $1,000 remediation fee.
Quiet Hours
10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighboring guests and residents.
Pets
Per HOA regulations, pets are not permitted. Service animals are welcome per ADA guidelines — please notify us before arrival.
Occupancy
Comfortably accommodates 4 guests. Maximum 5 only with prior approval for families with a small child in a pack-and-play. All guests must be on the reservation.
Minimum Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and remain present throughout the reservation.
Monthly Pest Control
The HOA performs routine inspections once per month, typically on the third Tuesday. We will notify you in advance if this falls during your stay.
What's Provided
Note: Beach towels are not provided. Pool towels are available at the front desk. Guests staying for extended periods may wish to bring additional supplies.
Quick Troubleshooting
Smart TV
Ensure the TV is set to the correct HDMI input. You may log into your streaming apps — please remember to log out before you leave.
Washer Lid Won't Open
Press the release button located beneath the dryer.
AC Not Cooling
The balcony door must remain fully closed for the AC to cool properly.
WiFi Issues
The WiFi is managed by the HOA. There is no router in the unit — contact the front desk if you experience issues.
If Something Goes Wrong
Maintenance Issues
If something stops working or appears damaged, message us right away through Airbnb or the Guest Portal.
Damages
Accidents happen. Please notify us promptly so we can address the issue safely and appropriately.
Emergency
For police, fire, or medical emergencies, dial 911. We have local contacts available for urgent non-emergency issues.
Before You Leave
Please take care of the following before checkout:
No need to strip beds or start laundry — we'll take care of the rest. Please send us a quick message once you've departed so housekeeping can begin.
